both in the UK and abroad, including Norway, where they have been gigging regularly.

To date, they have released 4 albums that have had excellent reviews worldwide and is being played by over 100 radio stations worldwide.

MARKUS ‘GILES’ KOEHORST – GUITAR AND VOCAL

Founder and front man Markus is the driving force behind GILES. He is originally from Holland and writes all the original material for the band. In England, he fronted excellent bands such as Glass and Sattva. In total, he has released 8 albums and was signed to various labels. His songs are original and sensitive. His search for simplicity and truth finally brought him back to the blues, his first love. His charismatic stage presence and effortless yet powerful vocal and guitar style leave a lasting impression with live audiences.

PIET KOEHORST – BASS AND BACKING VOCAL

Piet is an extremely talented all-round musician. He plays lead guitar in his own band PAiL, with his brother Seb on vocals. In 2003, PAiL won 3 LMC Awards for Best Young Band, Best Live Band and Best LMC Band. He also plays drums for various other young bands. His favorite band is Converge.
