Jack "The Jungle Dog" Baker is a 30-year bass-playing veteran of the Chicago blues scene. A former sandcastle builder, the California native puts the rude in crude with his boss, bone-rattling funk. Formed by Patrick Dugan and John Baker in the summer of 2007 after their time spent together in Chainsaw Dupont and the Blues Warriors. HARLAN FLO began as a power trio. Steady gigging, a flood of blues-driven originals and a lineup shuffle led the band to Rax Trax Recording Studios last summer where "Wheels of Time" was recorded with producer Marty Walsh. "Wheels," a sparkling debut that captures the heart and psychedelic soul of Harlan Flo, was released in December 2008 on Fuzz Junker Records .
