Victor Aneiros - Born in Ferrol in 1960. Entirely self-taught training. He began his musical career in the ’80s as guitarist for rock bands (White, 39 Steps, North Access, etc). In 1999 starts his solo career, forming Victor Aneiros & Blue Notes with bassist and drummer Sergio Vazquez Jose Pineiro, with whom he recorded his first work entitled “May the blues be with you” in the Cambay Records label. Gathered critical acclaim for this work lead him to participate in the Antequera Blues Festival (Malaga), Cerdanyola (Barcelona), Reus (Tarragona), Rhythm and blues in Aragon, Elorrio (Guipúzcoa) and the Montreux Jazz festival OFF (Switzerland).

After sharing the bill with BB King, Buddy Guy and Raimundo Amador, among others, in 2003 and published as Victor Aneiros Band album “Live in Montreux” with the label Gaztelupeko Hotsak. This recording is one of the two concerts he gave in the legendary Jazz festival in Montreux. With two edited works is clear that the blues is a heterodox Aneiros without emphatic and direct purisms falls short of the best bluesman in the world. Guitarist of race and quality enough to have been included “The great encyclopedia of the blues of Herzhaft Gérard (2003) in the section of Spanish blues.

In the spring of 2004, Victor Aneiros published his “Blues do Amencer” which takes up the idea of blues in Galician, his native language, in line with its theme Non me deixe morrer here. It works presented this disc in the Festival Getxo Blues sharing the bill with Eric Sardinas, the Xacobeo 2004 with Javier Vargas, Ourense Blues Festival, Blues Festival Torreperogil (Jaén) sharing the stage with the legendary Ten Years Alter, Blues Festival the Azores ( Portugal), the festival of Seia (Portugal), teaching a workshop at the center of Seia and Musical Festival of Gaia in Portugal sharing the bill with Coco Montoya (former guitarist for John Mayall and Albert Collins).
