Following the success of their UK visit last year, the W T Feaster
band are delighted to pay a return visit to the North East, where they
were made so welcome. Those who were lucky enough to see this
electrifying band last year, will be delighted to hear the boys are
back, and for those of you who didn’t – well don’t miss your chance this
year to see Travis Feaster’s electrifying and eclectic three-piece.
Whilst the group can play several genres of music including soul, R&B
and grooving funk, they personalize their performance with original
material and Texas/Chicago blues. Their boundless energy, telepathic
musicianship and a flourish of six string ferocity is reminiscent of
early
Eric
Clapton and
Cream.
Some quotes from the fans....."I've seen Clapton in London but this tops
that!" "Saw
Jimi
Hendrix at the Isle of Wight, and this guy compares!" "Page,
Eric
Clapton and
Jimi
Hendrix- I've seen them all, and he's as good!" "As tight a 3 piece
I've seen in 5 years". "I've been watching bands for 40 years and that's
the best performance I've ever seen".
From their first performance to last - Everywhere the reaction was the
same - stunned and awestruck. They play awesome, fiery blues to packed
houses of jaw dropping fans and blues aficionados in the USA most nights
of the week. W T Feaster performs outstanding, mind bending, diamond
hard riffs as he mercilessly attacks his Fender Stratocaster which
screams with an edgy intensity, creating a sound as heavy and raucous as
Alvin Lee and as distinctive as
Stevie Ray and
Jimi
Hendrix
Audiences are blown away by the powerful, distinctive tonal quality
that these three guys produce. –
